Finding race stuff on the internet |
The internet is pretty much the only
place you're gonna find race gear, most shops don't even know they
make boards without tails. Luckily for you the internet is a
veritable goldmine for race stuff. These are some of the places
you can find either more information, or hook yourself up |
Bomberonline.com |
The number one place
for race snowboarding both on the web and in general. They make
some awesome bindings, have a shop for pretty much all your other
needs, and run an awesome message board which is probably the best
place to get your questions answered. Also has an article section
for getting more tips on your technique and setup |
Catek |
Also makes sweet bindings,
we highly recommend them. Catek also has a message board, however
doesn't get quite as much traffic as bomber's. We love catek
bindings though, have we mentioned they're awesome? |

The
Carver's Almanac |
Haven't been reading
bomber religiously for the past four years? You're in luck,
damn near every piece of information has been saved and is available
on this site. Probably more info than anyone really needs, however
it's great reading, just make sure you don't have anywhere to go for
a while |

Coiler
Snowboards |
They're Canadian, and
they make killer boards. Even though South Park has taught us
to hate the Canadians, we can make an exception for these guys.
Great boards and service |

Donek
Snowboards |
Another sweet small
snowboard manufacturer. Not only do they make awesome race and
freecarve boards they make the definitive freeride board |
Prior
Snowboards |
Ok, we're just kidding,
we don't hate Canadians at all. Prior is based at whistler,
and if you're up there they might even let you demo a board.
Makes sweet boards, what more can you ask for? |

KlugRiding.com |
Operated by olympic
snowboarder Chris Klug. Chris got a hold of a big stash of unsold
burton race gear. Good prices on new stuff. |

Extreme
Carving |
A bunch of crazy europeans
who get seriously close to the snow. They make cool videos,
which you can download from their site |

RACEBOARDERS.COM |

This one may be just
slightly redundant |
